Silver & Gold Pageants is a natural Christian-based pageant system in Texas.  We want to provide affordable fees without compromising the quality of the pageant.   This is the perfect opportunity for contestants who are new to these competitions to have a great time and learn many skills that will help them as they go through life. 

 

Mission

We all have been given a “new life” through Jesus Christ and so it is our responsibility to give to others.  Silver & Gold Pageants seeks to inspire woman and men to take part in helping raise awareness regarding the afflictions that many are faced with in our communities today.  Together we can and will make a difference.  “For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst."Matthew 18:20

 

Purpose

To encourage both women and men of all ages to put God first while going out into the world and making a difference in their communities.  Unlike most, Silver & Gold Pageants is not a typical beauty pageant.  It is a ministry that uses the pageant industry as an instrument to which we can represent God’s love to others.

 

Name Meaning

Silver & Gold is a metaphor for God’s “saving grace.”  The world we live in today, puts a very high value on silver and gold but very little on the grace that God shows us each and every day. So we want to value God’s saving grace as high as we do Silver & Gold.  “For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God” Ephesians 2:8
